3. Dispute resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists; we do not link to it here for that reason.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG Β§36).
