Pricing questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your subscription settings whenever you like — Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops renewing. No retention calls, no hoops.
- What happens when I hit a Free-plan limit?
- You keep everything you already created — nothing is deleted or locked. You just can't create past the limit until it resets (most limits are monthly) or you upgrade to Pro, which removes them.
- Do you offer refunds?
- EU/UK customers get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. Outside that window, monthly Pro isn't refunded for the current period (cancel to stop the next one), and annual Pro is pro-rated for a refund within 30 days of payment. Full details on the refund policy page.
- What does "unlimited" mean on Pro exactly?
- Pro has no product limits — unlimited bills, invoices, wishlists, AI scans, groups. Fair-use protection caps exist only to stop automated abuse of a single account; a real person using the app normally will never see them.
